At Shrimps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 28 days of receipt.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
